Keyworker accommodation scheme

 

The Court flats are available for Key workers only. Residents of these homes must be earning £42,000 or less as a single household or £84,000 or less as a two-person household.

Key workers are defined as anyone who works in:
NHS Health and Hospital care, Police, Fire and rescue services, Education including university and nursery staff, Local government, Public transport workers, Prison and probation staff, Ministry of Defense Government departments, Postal workers, Charitable and community sector workers, Retail workers, Administrators / receptionists, Engineers, Information Technology; Marketing Call Centres, PHD students only.
